We bought a Kodak 5 MP camera three years ago when the twins were born. We love it and use it nonstop. Recently, it has begun draining batteries pretty quickly. We tried getting new rechargeable batteries but they were draining quickly, too. So a new digital camera was added to our ToDo before the new baby is born this fall.

We have been squirreling away some money and I noticed an ad in the paper mentioning the Kodak EasyShare 8 MP digital camera at Office Max. It was being sold for the normal price, but came with a free 1 GB memory card. We had the cash set aside so we made the purchase. Unfortunately the camera was out of stock but Office Max gave us the memory card in the store and is shipping the camera to our house for free in the next 3-5 days.

We know from experience how crazy we our with a camera and our kids. We know how happy the pictures make us. We had already saved the money.

That sounds like a good enough deal for me.
